摘要
目的探讨鼻康片对变应性鼻炎患者外周血T细胞亚群及细胞因子的影响。方法前瞻性收集我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者100例,根据完全随机数字表原则,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组给予鼻康片联合氯雷他定片治疗,对照组仅给予氯雷他定片治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后外周血Th1、Th2、Th17和Treg细胞、IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ、过敏性鼻结膜炎生活质量(RQLQ)。结果两组患者治疗前Th1、Th17、Treg、IL-2和RQLQ等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗后Th1显著升高(14.38±1.89 vs.11.48±1.44%,P=0.000);Th17显著降低(1.34±0.28 vs.1.61±0.29%,P=0.000);Treg显著升高(3.48±0.75 vs.2.72±0.52%,P=0.000);IL-2显著升高(45.38±9.83 vs.34.38±10.83 pg/ml,P=0.000);RQLQ评分显著降低(17.38±5.84 vs.20.32±6.48,P=0.019)。两组患者治疗前后Th2、IL-4和IFN-γ均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻康片有助于纠正变应性鼻炎患者外周血T细胞亚群失衡,改善患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Bikang tablets on T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital were prospectively collected in this study. According to the principle of complete random number table, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group were given Bikang tablets combined with Loratadin, while the control group only received the treatment of Loratadine.Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg, IL-2, IL-4, IFN-γin peripheral bloodand Rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) of both group before and after the treatment were observed. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in Th1, Th17, Treg, IL-2 and RQLQ before the treatment between the two groups (P〉0.05). However, when compared with the control group,patients in the observation group got a significantly higher level of Th1 after the treatment (14.38±1.89 vs. 11.48±1.44%, P=0.000);a lower level of Th17 (1.34±0.28 vs. 1.61±0.29%, P=0.000);an elevated level of Treg (3.48±0.75 vs. 2.72±0.52%, P=0.000);an increase in IL-2 (45.38±9.83 vs. 34.38±10.83 pg/ml, P=0.000);and a decrease in RQLQ (17.38±5.84 vs. 20.32±6.48, P=0.019). There were no statistical differences between the two groups in Th2, IL-4 and IFN-γbefore and after the treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusion Bikang tablets is helpful to correct the imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis, and to improve the quality of life.
