摘要
目的:观察阶段-主题匹配式教育处方在老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1~10月于我院接受手术治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者96例作为研究对象,随机等分为试验组与对照组,对照组接受股骨粗隆间骨折手术常规教育;试验组在常规教育基础上加用阶段-主题匹配式教育处方。比较两组患者干预前后健康知识掌握评分情况及干预后髋关节功能恢复情况。结果:试验组干预后股骨粗隆间骨折手术与康复相关知识掌握度评分和髋关节功能恢复良好率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用阶段-主题匹配式教育处方对股骨粗隆间骨折老年手术患者施以干预,有利于提高患者康复知识掌握度,并改善其康复结局。
Objective:To observe the application effect of stage-topic matching education prescription in old patients receiving operation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:Selected 96 old patients receiving operation treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January to October 2016 as the research objects, and they were equally divided into test group and control group at random, where patients in the control group received the conventional education of operation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture, and stage-topic matching education prescription was added for the patients in the test group on the basis of conventional education.Patients in the two groups were compared in scores of mastering of health knowledge before and after intervention, and hip joint function recovery after intervention.Results:After intervention, the scores of mastering femoral intertrochanteric fracture operation and health related knowledge and the hip joint function recovery rate of patients in the test group are significantly higher than those of patients in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Intervention with the old patients receiving operation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture with stage-topic matching education prescription could increase the patients&#39; mastering of rehabilitation knowledge and improve the rehabilitation outcome.
