摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,对湖北大学附属中学的室内体育课开展现状进行调查与分析。结果表明,湖北大学附属中学初中部的学生对室内体育课较为感兴趣,室内体育课在一定方面对学生学习体育知识有积极的影响。较室外体育教学而言,由于室内体育教学的局限性,一定程度抑制了学生学习的兴趣。本文旨在提出室内体育教学改革和发展的对策,为学校更好开展室内体育教学提供参考。
This article investigates and analyzes the current situation of indoor physical education of the middle school affiliated to Hubei University by means of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics. The results show that the students of the middle school affiliated to Hubei University are more interested in the indoor physical education class, and the indoor physical education class has a positive effect on the students" knowledge of sports in certain aspects. Compared to outdoor physical education, due to the limitations of indoor physical education, students' interest in learning is restrained in a certain extent. This paper aims to put forward the of indoor physical education reform and development, and provide reference for this school to carry out indoor physical education.
