Three Dimensional Detection Technique for Tunnel Lining

摘要 采用MALA CX12混凝土雷达成像系统,应用其三维探测功能,对一隧道边墙的钢筋分布、保护层厚度以及隧道拱顶脱空区的大小、形态、空间位置进行了检测。结果表明:MALA CX12混凝土雷达成像系统在确定混凝土中钢筋铺设质量状况,评估隧道脱空区的危害程度等方面效果良好,三维探测可以准确了解脱空区的大小、形状,克服了二维探测只能简单探测脱空位置的弊端。 Reinforcement distribution of the side wall, the thickness of protective layer, and the size, shape and spatial position of the vault void area for one tunnel were tested by using MALA CX12 concrete radar image-forming system and its three dimension detection function. The results show that MALA CX12 concrete radar image-forming system has a good effect in determining the quality condition of reinforcement laying in concrete and evaluating the damage degree of the tunnel void area, and three dimensional detection technique could accurately determine the size and shape of the void area, which overcomes the disadvantage of two dimensional detection technique detecting the location of voids only.
