摘要 以某矿山全尾砂为骨料、水泥和粉煤灰为胶凝材料制作胶结充填材料,采用正交试验探讨了料浆质量浓度、灰砂比和掺灰量对充填材料泌水率、7 d和28 d抗压强度的影响程度,并确定了最佳的全尾砂胶结充填材料配比方案。研究结果表明:料浆质量浓度是影响充填料浆泌水率的主要因素,料浆质量浓度为71%和74%时泌水率小于15%可满足工艺要求;灰砂比对充填材料7 d和28 d抗压强度的影响最大,掺灰量次之,料浆质量浓度最小;确定的最佳配比方案为料浆质量浓度74%、灰砂比1∶4、掺灰量10%。 Cemented tailings backfill material was produced by taking unclassified tailings as filling aggregate, and ordinary portland cement and fly ash as cementing agent. The effects of cement - tailing ratio, slurry mass fraction, and proportion of fly ash on slurry ~s bleeding rate and backfill strength of 7 and 28 days were discussed by orthogonal tests. Consequently, the optimal ratio of un- classified tailings cemented backfill material was determined. The results showed that slurry mass fraction was the major factor affecting its bleeding rate. When slurry mass fraction was 71% or 74%, the bleeding rate was less than 15% and could meet the requirement of mining. The order of the influence degree on 7 and 28 days strength from highest to lowest was cement - tailing ratio, proportion of flay ash and slurry mass fraction. The optimal matching scheme of unclassified tailings cemented backfill material was slurry mass fraction of 74%, cement - tailing ratio of 1 : 4, and proportion of fly ash of 10%.
