组织忘记、组织柔性与原始性创新:组织学习和冗余资源的调节作用 被引量:12

摘要 原始性创新成功与否是决定企业自主创新战略成败的关键。本文基于311家企业样本数据,研究了组织忘记对原始性创新的影响机制,并分析了组织柔性的中介作用以及组织学习和冗余资源的调节作用。结果表明:组织忘记对原始性创新具有正向影响;组织柔性在组织忘记和原始性创新之间的关系中起中介作用;组织学习和冗余资源正向调节组织忘记与组织柔性间的关系;组织学习和冗余资源对组织柔性的中介作用存在正向调节效应。 The primitive innovation is the key to determine the success or failure of independent innovation strategy. Based on the survey sample data 311 companies, this paper diseusses the influence of organizational forgetting on primitive innovation, and analyzes the mediating effect of organizational flexibility and moderating effect of organizational learning and redundant resources. The results show that: organizational forgetting imposes positive influences on primitive innovation; organizational flexibility has mediating effect in the relationship between organizational forgetting and primitive innovation. The organizational learning and redundant resources impose positive influence between organizational forgetting and organizational flexibility. The mediation role of organizational flexibility is positively moderated by organizational learning and redundant resources.
