摘要
针对工业生产过程中结垢的问题,采用超声波除垢法对其进行除垢。为了深入了解超声波除垢的方法,分析了超声波除垢的机理,总结了超声波参数、换热介质参数和换热器参数等因素对超声波除垢效率的影响。这些为实际指导超声波除垢的各参数选择提供依据。同时,也指出进一步提高超声波除垢效率的途径是深入研究空化的机理和从多参数协同的角度研究对除垢效率的影响。
In order to solve the problem of scale formation in the process of industrial production,ultrasonic was used for descaling. The mechanism of descaling with ultrasonic was analyzed,and the factors influencing the descaling efficiency were summarized,including ultrasonic parameters,heat transfer medium and the parameters of heat exchanger.Then,the optimum descaling efficiency was obtained for each and every parameter. This study is believed to provide a reference for choosing parameters for descaling. Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the way to further improve the efficiency of ultrasonic descaling is to perform an in-depth study on the cavitation mechanism and to investigate the effects of multiple synergized parameters on descaling efficiency.
