摘要
针对某型轻量化镁合金座椅的坐盆铸件,设计了不同取样部位,并对本体试样进行显微组织观察与分析、力学性能测试和断口分析,发现铸件不同区域显微组织和力学性能的差异,对差异产生的原因进行分析与讨论。研究结果可为轻量化镁合金坐盆铸件提供结构设计及工艺优化的依据。
Aiming at lightweight magnesium alloy basin frame casting, different sample points were designed, the metallographic analysis, the tensile mechanical test, and the fracture surfaces were observed by SEM. Through all of this, we found that different samples have different microstructure and mechanical properties, and then discussed the reason of it. So we can offer technical support to the structural design and optimization of the die casting magnesium alloy components of basin frame.
