摘要
目的探讨心理护理对糖尿病患者康复的促进作用。方法选取天津市滨海新区经济技术开发区社区卫生服务中心2015年8月-2016年8月收治的糖尿病患者共计60例,并随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,其中,对照组使用常规护理方式,观察组在使用常规护理方式的基础上增加心理护理干预,评价两组患者的心理健康、生活质量、糖尿病健康知识的合格率及护理满意度。结果观察组在增加心理护理的干预后,患者的心理健康、生活质量、掌握糖尿病健康知识的合格率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对糖尿病患者的康复有促进作用,有助于改善糖尿病患者的心理健康状态和生活质量,提高患者掌握糖尿病健康知识的合格率及护理满意度,适合在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the rehabilitation of diabetic patients. Methods 60 patients with diabetes mellitus in Tianjin Binhai New Area Economic and Technological Development Zone Community Healty Service Center from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group,the control group was given the routine nursing,the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The mental health,quality of life,eligibility rate of diabetes health knowledge,nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results The mental health,quality of life,eligibility rate of diabetes health knowledge,nursing satisfaction of the observation group,after the psychological nursing intervention,were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can promote rehabilitation of patients with diabetes mellitus,help to improve the quality of life and mental health status of diabetic patients,improve the eligibility rate of diabetes health knowledge and nursing satisfaction,which is suitable for application in clinical nursing work.
