摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜病变者应用经阴道三维超声技术诊断的临床价值。方法分析2015年8月~2016年8月本院收治的宫腔内病变疑似患者92例临床资料,所有患者均应用经阴道三维超声技术诊断,观察其临床价值。结果92例患者有6例(6.52%)子宫内膜癌,18例(19.57%)黏膜下肌瘤,24例(26.09%)子宫内膜息肉,32例(34.78%)子宫内膜增生,并且12例(13.04%)属于子宫内膜分泌期正常改变;子宫内膜癌显示患者宫腔线出现紊乱,且宫腔内有回声减弱或者增强区;黏膜下肌瘤能够清晰显示轮廓,子宫内膜息肉可将单发息肉轮廓显示,且能区分单、多发息肉;子宫内膜息肉和内膜增生诊断准确性、敏感性、特异性分别为95.65%、83.33%、100.00%和93.48%、100.00%、90.00%。结论子宫内膜病变者应用经阴道三维超声技术诊断的临床价值较高,能够明确病变具体类型,获得清晰影像学资料,且诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性高,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods The clinical data of 92 cases of suspected intrauterine lesions who had received treatment in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were analyzed.All of these patients were diagnosed by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound, and the clinical value was observed.Results Among the 92 cases of patients, 6 cases （6.52%） were found to be with endometrial carcinoma, 18 （19.57%） presented with submucosal myoma, 24 （26.09%） with endometrial polyps, 32 （34.78%） with endometrial hyperplasia, and 12 （13.04%） were seen normal endometrial secretory phase changes;for endometrial carcinoma, disorder of uterine cavity line and intrauterine echo weakened or enhanced area could be displayed clearly;for submucosal myoma, the outline could be clearly seen, and solitary polyp contour of endometrial polyps could be clearly shown and single and multiple polyps could be distinguished;the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis for endometrial polyps and endometrial hyperplasia were respectively 95.65%, 83.33% and 100%, and 100%, 93.48%, and 90.00%.Conclusion For patients with endometrial lesions, the application oftransvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound is with high clinical and diagnosis value, which can not only clear show the specific types and display the imaging data, but also boast higher diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity;therefore, it is with certain clinical application value.
