摘要
非核心医学科技期刊有其存在的必然性和必要性,但在医学核心期刊的挤压下,其发展面临巨大挑战。文章结合自身杂志的工作经验,提出非核心医学科技期刊可根据刊物的定位,借助主办单位力量,开辟特色栏目,灵活多样约稿,加盟有影响力的出版平台,打造期刊特色,加强宣传推荐,争取优质稿源,扩大影响力,谋求长足发展。
The existence of non-core medical sci-tech journals has its inevitability and necessity. However, under the extrusion of core medical journals, non-core medical sci-tech journals are faced with severe challenges. In order to multiple the impact of non-core medical sci-tech journals and achieve greater development, combined with the working experience of our editorial department, this article put forward to some measures, such as building columns with special characteristics, adopting manuscripts actively and flexibly, cooperating with influential publishing platforms, creating the characteristics of journals, strengthening publicity and recommendation, and obtaining quality manuscripts according to the positioning of publications and with the power of the organizers.
