摘要
基于主跨400 m的樟树市赣江二桥工程,介绍支架施工技术在大跨度叠合梁斜拉桥施工中的应用,对支架支撑反力进行了计算,并说明了标高控制措施;针对支架施工中桥面吊机行走过程中的工况,应用空间有限元分析程序,进行了关键施工阶段的应力、变形分析,解决了边跨桥面吊机行动过程中的力学问题,同时也及早为主跨采用同一桥面吊机进行悬拼法施工做了理论准备。
Based on the project of Ganjiang Second Bridge with a 400-meter-long main span in Zhangshu, the application of the scaffold construction technology in the composite beam cable-stay bridge of large span was introduced, the brace reaction was calculated, and the elevation control measures were illustrated. With bridge deck crane walking condition of the scaffold construction, the structure stress and deformation analysis was done in the key construction stage, employing space finite element analysis program. It could solve the mechanical problems in the process of the bridge deck crane operation on the side span, and make theoretical preparation for cantilever construction of the main span employing the same deck crane.
