摘要
通过盾构施工中设备故障处理案例的分析,总结了设备故障的排除思路与方法,提出了盾构设备维修保养的基本要求。根据盾构施工的特点及盾构常用备件类型,分析了备件采购、使用、存储的相互关系,阐述了盾构的维修保养及配件现场使用与管理的重要意义。
By the case analysis of dealing equipment failure in shield construction, this paper summarized the thought and method that could rule out the equipment failure, and put forward the basic requirements of the shield equipment maintenance. According to the characteristics of the shield construction and the commonly used types of spare parts, this paper analyzed the relationships among the purchase, use and storage of spare parts, and expounded the significance of the maintenance for shield machine, as well as field usage of accessories and the management.
