摘要
目的 探讨优化静脉配置中心抗肿瘤药物排药流程对工作效率、护士职业安全的影响.方法 静脉配置中心实施优化排药流程,比较优化排药流程前后工作效率和护士职业损害情况.结果 优化排药流程后,排药时间从(120.68±21.05)min缩短为(92.32±10.24)min,差异有统计学意义(t=8.599,P〈0.05);流程优化后排药准确率98.69%,药品破损率1.31%,均优于改进前,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为4.371、11.367;P〈0.05);流程优化后护士接触抗肿瘤药物所致职业损害率从20.00%降至0,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.287,P〈0.05).结论 优化抗肿瘤药物排药流程是保证静脉配置中心工作效率,保障工作人员职业安全的科学模式.
Objective To explore the effects of optimization and practice of antitumor drugs delivery process on the work efficiency and safety of nurses in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Methods Optimal drugs delivery process was implemented in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Occupational injury and work efficiency of nurses were compared between before and after the optimization. Results The delivery time was (92.32±10.24) min after optimization and significantly shorter than the time before optimization (120.68±21.05) min (t=8.599,P〈0.05). The accuracy rate was 98.69% with drug damage rate of 1.31%, which were significantly better than the process before optimization (χ2=4.371,11.367;P〈0.05). Occupational injury caused by exposure to antitumor drugs after optimization (0) was decreased compared to occupational injury before optimization (20.00%), with statistically significant difference (Z=4.287,P〈0.05). Conclusions Optimization of drug delivery process is a scientific model which ensures work efficiency of pharmacy intravenous admixture services and guarantees the occupational safety of medical staff.
