摘要
项目目标是探索开发酒糟发酵产沼气的新工艺,实现酒糟的能源化,最终降低生产成本。项目利用ESIC厌氧反应器创新性地采用UASB与IC反应器组合而成,具有容积负荷高、抗冲击负荷效果好、保持污泥较高活性等优点。项目是在前期小试成功的基础上开展了中试,确立了酒糟发酵产沼气的新工艺,为实现酒糟能源化及深化处理探明方向。
The objective of this project is to explore the new technology of developing biogas production of distiller's grains to realize the energy of distiller's grains and finally reduce the production cost. The project uses ESIC anaerobic reactor to innovate the combination of UASB and IC reactor, which has the advantages of high volume load, good impact load effect and high sludge activity. The project was carried out on the basis of the success of the previous small test, and established a new technology for producing biogas production from distiller's grains, and proved the direction for realizing the energy and deepening of distiller's grains.
