摘要
目的研究危害分析的临界控制点(hazard analysis critical control point,HACCP)在多维类片剂保健品生产中的应用,更好地保障生产过程中质量安全。方法利用HACCP原理,对多维类片剂保健品生产过程进行风险分析,制定危害评价程序,确定关键控制点,从人、机、料、法、环、测、软、辅、公等9个方面进行分析,并制定相应控制措施。结果将HACCP体系运用到多维类片剂保健品生产各个环节中,制定详细有效的控制计划,利用所制定控制计划控制多维类片剂保健品生产过程质量风险。结论采用HACCP体系对多维类片剂保健品生产过程进行控制,更好地保障了保健品安全,降低企业管理成本,提升经济收益。
Objective To investigate the application of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) in the health care products production of multi-vitamin tablets, so as to better ensure the quality and safety in the process. Methods Based on the basic principles of HACCP system, the risks in the health care products production of multi-vitamin tablets were analyzed, and risk assessment procedures were established. The critical control poims (CCPs) were determined from the analysis of people, machines, materials, methods, environment, software and auxiliaries, and so on. Thus corresponding control measures were established. Results The HACCP system was applied to the health care products production of multi-vitamin tablets. A detailed and effective control plan was established. Conclusion HACCP system is used to control the health care products production of multi-vitamin tablets, which can ensure the safety of health products, reduce the cost of enterprise management and improve the economic benefits.
