犊牛岛饲养条件下酸化奶对哺乳犊牛生长性能和饲喂效益的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本试验的目的是研究在犊牛岛饲养条件下,酸化奶对哺乳犊牛日增重和腹泻率的影响,评估饲喂酸化奶和常规奶二者劳动强度和经济效益的差异。按照相同日龄平均分配的原则,将68头犊牛分为两组,试验组饲喂使用固体酸化剂制作的酸化奶(简称酸化奶),对照组饲喂常乳,其中饲喂量和饲喂条件均一致。试验结果显示:(1)与对照组比,饲喂酸化奶组犊牛的日增重高出19%(P<0.05),犊牛腹泻率降低了33.33%(P<0.05)。(2)酸化奶组降低了工人的劳动时间,省去加热、冷却牛奶的水费,降低了饲养犊牛的费用支出。综上所述,饲喂酸化奶可改善犊牛的生产性能和健康状况,降低饲养费用支出。 The experiment was aimed at studying the effect on average daily gain(ADG),diarrhea rate,labour intensity and economic benefit of feeding acidified milk to calves.Totally 68 calves were selected and raised at calf hutch.They were divided into two groups according to the same age,34 calves per group.Two groups were under the same feeding quantities and environments,and the calves of treatment group were fed acidified milk which was made of solid acid agent,while the calves of control group were fed common milk.Reults showed that:(1)compared to control group,the ADG could be improved 19%(P〈0.05).After feeding acidified milk,while diarrhea rate decreased 33.33%(P〈0.05).(2) the lower diarrhea rate decreased workers' labor time,electric and water charge which were generated by hotting and cooling milk respectively.In conclusion,feeding acidified milk could improve calves,growth performance and health condition,and decrease the feeding expense based on above results.
