成都市某太阳能光伏组件生产项目职业病危害控制效果 被引量:1

Control effect of occupational hazards in a solar photovoltaic module production project of Chengdu City

摘要 目的对成都市某太阳能光伏组件生产项目的职业病危害进行定性与定量分析,评估该项目职业病危害控制效果,为该行业职业病危害控制措施提供建议。方法通过职业卫生调查,识别太阳能光伏组件生产项目主要存在的职业病危害因素;通过检测检验,分析主要职业病危害因素的危害程度,再通过调查生产现场的职业病危害控制措施,综合评估该项目职业病危害控制措施的有效性。结果经现场检测,各岗位操作人员噪声接触值在61.0~72.6 d B(A)之间,8 h等效声压级未超过85 d B(A)的限值;二氧化锡检测最大值为0.98 mg/m^3,计算时间加权平均浓度,各岗位最大值为0.8 mg/m^3;异丙醇检测最大值为12.73 mg/m^3,时间加权平均浓度各岗位最大值为9.02 mg/m^3。结论成都某太阳能光伏组件生产项目职业病危害因素能够得以有效控制,该项目所采取的控制措施有效可行。 [Objective] To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the occupational hazards in solar photovoltaic module production project,evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards,and provide recommendations for occupational hazards control measures in this industry.[Methods]Occupational health survey was applied to identify the main occupational hazards in solar cell production project,and the harm degree of main occupational hazards was analyzed by the testing. After that the effectiveness of the occupational hazards control measures in the project was evaluated by investigating the control measures in workplace.[Results]The field detection showed that the exposure levels of noise in exposed workers were between 61.0 d B(A)and 72.6 d B(A),and the 8-hour equivalent sound pressure level was lower than 85 d B(A)(the occupational exposure limit).The maximum concentration of stannic anhydride was 0.98 mg/m^3,and the maximum time-weighted average concentration(CTWA)was 0.8 mg/m^3. The maximum concentration of isopropyl alcohol was 12.73 mg/m^3,and the maximum CTWAwas 9.02 mg/m^3.[Conclusion]The occupation hazards in a solar photovoltaic module production project of Chengdu City can be effectively controlled,and the control measures are effective and reliable.
