摘要
正念减压疗法是一种基于"正念"传统发展而来的心理治疗方法。该疗法自KABAT提出以来在国外被应用于不同的人群中,且在慢性病患者中广泛应用,从最初用于缓解患者慢性疼痛,减少止痛剂的用量,到随后的乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的辅助治疗,正念减压疗法不断发展完善,其可行性的疾病也不断扩展,近年来国外学者将其应用到高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、前列腺癌等患者中均取得了良好的辅助疗效。该文对正念减压疗法在缓解疾病状态、改善情绪障碍、提高睡眠质量和生活质量、增加免疫功能等方面的研究进行了总结,为今后的临床应用提供了参考依据。
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(KABAT) is a model of psychological treatment,which is developed from mindfulness. Since KABAT is proposed abroad,this therapy is applied in different people,and widely used in chronic diseases.Originally this therapy is used to alleviate chronic pain so as to reduce the amount of painkillers,and then it is applied in adjuvant therapy for anxiety and depression in patients with breast cancer,KABAT is constantly improving and is used in more and more diseases. In recent years,foreign scholars applied it to hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes and prostate cancer,and have achieved significant effects. This article summarizes the studies about KABAT in reducing disease states,improving mood disorders,increasing sleep quality and the quality of life,enhancing the immune function,and provides a reference for clinical application in future.
