摘要
目的:通过建立银翘散的UPLC指纹图谱,为进一步提高银翘散质量标准提供依据。方法:运用Waters超高液相色谱仪,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流动相为甲醇-乙腈(1∶1)-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速0.3 m L/min;检测波长230 nm;柱温40℃。结果:根据10批银翘散的指纹图谱,确定了24个共有峰,利用对照品指认了5个共有峰。结论:该研究采用UPLC建立银翘散的指纹图谱,方法操作简单、特征性强、精密度高、重现性好,可为银翘散的质量控制和评价标准提供可靠依据。
Objective:To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Yinqiao powder,in order to improve the quality standard of Yinqiao powder.Methods:The analysis was carried out by UPLC with column of ACQUITY UPLC BEH C1s (100 mm × 2.1 mm,1.7 μm),and eluted with mobile phase containing of methanol-acetonitrile (1∶1)-0.2% phosphoric acid in a gradient mode,the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,and the column temperature was 40 ℃.Results:The UPLC fingerprint of ten batches of Yinqiao powder was established with 24 common peaks,five common peaks were identified by comparison reference substances.Conclusion:Yinqiao Powder fingerprint is established by UPLC method,which has the advantages of simple operation,strong characters,high precision and good eproducibility,which can provide reliable basis of quality control and evaluation criteria for for Yinqiao powder.
