摘要
目的 评价使用无托槽隐形矫治器对成年深覆(牙合)患者的临床矫治效果.方法 12名前牙深覆(牙合)的成年患者,拍摄治疗前后头颅侧位片和曲面断层片.全部患者采用无托槽隐形技术矫治前牙深覆(牙合).通过头影测量软件测量矫治前后下中切牙到下颌平面的距离和角度,下颌第一磨牙到下颌平面的距离以及下颌平面角.采用病例自身对照研究,使用配对样本t检验.曲面断层片观察治疗后下前牙牙根吸收情况.结果 全部患者矫治后前牙覆(牙合)变浅,平均疗程是(15.8±5.5)月.下切牙平均压低[(2.1±1.9) rnm,P<0.05],下切牙平均舌向移动[(4.9±1.8)°,P<0.05],下颌第一磨牙位置变化不明显[(0.1±0.6)mm,P>0.05],下颌平面角变化不显著[(0.5±0.4)°,P>0.05].结论 隐形矫治技术可以有效矫治深覆(牙合),矫治机理以前牙压低为主.
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness on correction of anterior deep bite in adult patients with clear aligners.Methods Twelve adult patients with anterior deep bite were enrolled in this study.Conventional lateral cephalometric and panorami radiographs were taken at pretreatment and at the end of orthodontic treatment.All of the patients were treated with clear aligners.The distance between lower central incisor and mandibular plane,the inclination of lower central incisor to the mandibular plane,the distance between lower first molar and mandibular plane,and the mandibular plane angle were measured at the start of treatment and at the end of treatment by cephalometrics.Intragroup comparisons were made using a paired t-test.Results The anterior overbite was decreased in all patients after orthodontic treatment.The duration of treatment was (15.8±5.5) months.The mean amount of intrusion on lower incisors were [(2.1±1.9) mm,P〈 0.05] and these teeth were also uprighted by [(4.9±1.8)°,P〈0.05].The position of the lower first molars and the mandibular plane angle were not changed significantly at the end of treatment,respectively mean amount [(0.1±0.6) mm,P〉0.05] and [(0.5±0.4)°,P〉0.05].Conclusions Deep bite correction was achieved effectively by using clear aligner.The intrusion of lower incisors was the main mechanics.
