摘要
采用超声波和絮凝剂共同作用于净水污泥脱水,通过设计正交试验得出两者协同作用下最优污泥脱水组合,在声能密度0.1 W/m L、超声作用时间30 s、絮凝剂投加量0.06 mg/g时,比阻去除率达到84%左右。同时对比单一絮凝剂调理和复合调理(超声+絮凝剂)的污泥脱水性能,考察上清液浊度、污泥沉降速度、污泥比阻以及泥饼含水率,综合评价两者的脱水效能。分别从超声作用机理和絮凝剂作用机理分析污泥脱水机理,同时通过热力学原理分析两者协同作用机理。
The ultrasound and flocculants are used for the dewatering of water purification sludge. Through the orthogonal test it is found the optimal combinations of both for dewatering and the rate of SRF removal can reach 84% in conditions that the energy density and dosage of flocculants is 0. 1 W/mL and 0. 06 mg/g respectively in 30 s of ultrasonic time. Meanwhile the sludge dewatering performance of single( flocculants) is compared with the composite one( ultrasound + flocculants),it is investigated the supernatant turbidity,sludge settling velocity,SRF and the cake moisture content and both dewatering effectiveness is comprehensively evaluated. It is analyzed the mechanism of dewatering for ultrasound and flocculants,as well as the synergistic mechanism by thermodynamic principles.
