摘要
介绍了FDM型3D打印技术及其原理,重点分析了国产FDM型3D打印设备的常见故障诊断方法与维修技巧。通过工艺试验及检测得出结论如下:软件故障主要分为建模问题和参数设置类故障,此类故障占整机常见故障的70%以上;硬件故障主要包括传动带断裂、喷嘴堵塞、挤丝机构异常等,此类故障占整机常见故障的20%左右。合理的维修方法将有助于保持并延长FDM型3D打印设备的使用寿命;高温喷头、密封箱体结构及高精度将是未来FDM型3D打印设备的研究方向之一。
This paper introduces the FDM 3D printing technology and its principle, focusing on the analysis of domestic FDM 3D printing equipment's common fault diagnosis methods and maintenance techniques. Through the process test and test, the conclusion are as follows, which are software failure is divided into modeling problem and parameter setting class failure, such failure accounts for more than 70% of the common faults, and hardware failure mainly includes transmission belt breakage, nozzle clogging, abnormal, etc., such failures accounted for about 20% of the common machine failure. Reasonable maintenance methods will help to maintain and extend the service life of FDM type 3D printing equipment, and high temperature nozzle, sealed box structure and high precision will be one direction of FDM type 3D printing equipment research in the future.
