脉冲注入法的传感器信号发生装置

摘要 脉冲注入法可较为灵敏地反映出各类变压器绕组故障,原理为在线注入脉冲方波,通过测量响应信号判断绕组工况。便携式带电检测仪可较好地实现上述功能,电容传感器信号装置是其重要组成部件,该部件直接安装在电力变压器绝缘套管上,为保证注入信号对在线运行变压器无影响,要求该部件不影响套管电场分布,同时不影响绝缘套管的绝缘特性。针对不同电压等级的电力变压器,设计了相应的电容式耦合传感信号发生装置,通过仿真验证了相应装置的电场分布,证明了其对电力变压器运行无影响,同时对该装置进行雷电冲击试验,检验了该装置的绝缘性能。装置为脉冲在线注入法的成功应用奠定了基础。 Pulse injection method can more sensitively reflect faults of various types of transformer winding, the principle of this method is that inject pulse square wave on-line and judge the winding conditions by measuring the response signal. Portable charging detector can achieve the above functions better, the capacitive sensor signal device is an important component part, the part is directly mounted on the power transformer bushings, in order to ensure the injected signal has no effect on the online operation transformer,it requires this part does not affect the electric field distribution of the casing,without affecting the insulating characteristics of the insulating sleeve. For different voltage levels of power transformers,corresponding capacitive coupling sensor signal generating means is designed, the electric field distribution of corresponding device is verified by simulation and it is proved that it has no effect on the operation of power transformers, while the lightning impulse test, the insulation performance of the device is test. Research and development of the device laid the foundations for the successful application of pulse line injection method.
