摘要
宁波市中医药健康服务发展迅速,组织管理、政策规划、服务模式、特色优势、文化建设取得新进展,但存在管理体系、服务规范、人才培养等方面的现实问题。文章提出四点建议:抓住机遇,谋求中医药管理突破;统筹协调,规范行业健康发展;医疗为本,突出中医治未病优势;人才为重,培育中医药复合型人才等建议,以促进中医满足广大群众的中医药健康需求。
Great achievements have been made in TCM health services in Ningbo in several aspects including organization management,policy planning,service mode,features and advantages and culture construction.However,there still exist difficulties in the systematic management,service specifications,and personnel training.Thus four suggestions of TCM health services development are put forward as follows：to seize the opportunity to seek breakthrough in health care management frame,to coordinate and standardize the healthy industry development,to highlight preventive feature of TCM based on medical quality,and to improve personnel training,so as to satisfy TCM health demands.
