大压差注水均压系统降噪改进设计与试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了控制船舶装置均压过程的振动和噪声,对注水均压系统的水力能量分布特点和主要噪声源进行分析。基于阀门节流空化噪声形成的机理,提出多级节流降压的技术改进方案,合理逐级分配系统压降。对比试验结果表明,改进后系统的振动和噪声均有显著下降,达到预期的降噪目标。 In order to control the vibration and noise of ship device equalizing process, this paper analyzes the hydraulic energy distribution characteristics and main noise sources of water injection system. Based on the cavitation noise principle on vavle throttling, the technical scheme for multistage throttle is proposed to reasonable depress system pressure. The contrast experiment shows vabrition and noise of the improved system has dropped significantly to reach the expected noise control goals.
