摘要
目的探讨康复助手APP在脑卒中患者出院后居家康复护理中的应用效果。方法 120例脑卒中患者分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组在对照组基础上给予康复助手APP管理。对比2组患者出院前1 d与出院后3个月的康复相关指标。结果出院后3个月,观察组患者居家功能锻炼依从性,疾病自我管理能力,日常生活能力,运动功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复助手APP有助于提高脑卒中患者居家康复护理的自我管理能力和锻炼的依从性,促进肢体功能恢复,有效改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the recover assistant APP in home-based rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients. Methods Totally 120 stroke patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine treatment and nursing management. The recover assistant APP was used in the observation group during follow-up,while the control group was given routine health education after discharge. The relevant indexes of two groups of patients on the time of discharge and 3 months after discharge were compared. Results Three months after discharge,the home-based functional exercise compliance,ability of self-management,activities of daily life,and Fug I-Meyer assessment in observation group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of Recover Assistant APP can improve patients＇ home-based functional exercise compliance,ability of self-management and activities of daily living in stroke patients after discharge.
