摘要
目的探讨两种不同处理方法对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)后致轻、中度过敏性皮炎的效果。方法 60例留置PICC致轻、中度过敏性皮炎患者随机分成对照组和实验组,各30例。对照组采用地塞米松注射液加纱布固定处理,实验组采用皮肤护理膜外涂联合IV3000型透明敷贴固定处理。观察2组干预10 d内过敏性皮炎的改善情况,记录2组干预10 d内换药及PICC移位情况。结果实验组过敏性皮炎改善有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组换药频次低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论皮肤护理膜联合IV3000敷贴应用于留置PICC致轻、中度过敏性皮炎患者的护理中具有良好的效果,能够降低PICC移位风险,同时减少了换药频次,可有效预防二次感染。
Objective To investigate the effect of two different treatments for allergic dermatitis in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）. Methods A total of 60 patients with PICC-related allergic dermatitis were assigned to the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received dexamethasone injection plus gauze dressing,and patients in the study group received medical film for w ound care combined with transparent IV-3000 dressing. The improvement in allergic dermatitis was evaluated. The frequency of change dressing and incidence of PICC displacement were recorded. Results The overall effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of controls（ P〈0. 01）.The frequency of change dressing in the study group was lower than that of controls（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion M edical film for w ound care combined with transparent IV-3000 dressing show s efficacy in treatment of PICC-related allergic dermatitis. It can also reduce the risk of PICC displacement and frequency of changing dressing.
