摘要
目的观察氯沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月—2016年11月榆林市第一医院绥德医院收治的原发性高血压患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组患者予以氯沙坦治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以硝苯地平缓释片治疗;两组患者均连续治疗2个月。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血压和血清免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)及补体C3水平,并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者舒张压、收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者舒张压、收缩压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清Ig G、补体C3水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清Ig G、补体C3水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者血压及血清Ig G、补体C3水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of losartan combined with nifedipine sustained - release tablet on essential hypertension. Methods A total of 90 patients with essential hypertension were selected in Suide Hospital of the First Hospital of Yulin from November 2013 to November 2016, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, each of 45 cases. Patients of control group received losartan, while patients of observation group received losartan combined with nifedipine sustained - release tablet; both groups continuously treated for 2 months. Clinical effect, blood pressure, serum levels of IgG and complement C3 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and incidence of adverse reactions was observed during the treatment. Results Clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No statistically significant differences of diastolic blood pressure or systolic blood pressure was found between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, while diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. No statistically significant differences of serum level of IgG or complement C3 was found between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , while serum levels of IgG and complement C3 of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group during the treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Losartan combined with nifedipine sustained - release tablet has certain clinical effect in treating patients with essential hypertension, can effectively reduce blood pressure, serum levels of IgG and complement C3, and is relatively safe
