摘要
为加工双曲线回转表面零件,采用直线拟合逼近,选用FANUC 0i系列数控车床进行参数化编程,通过节点计算、参数赋值、程序编制及仿真加工,编制了可适用于双曲线轴线与机床坐标轴平行情况下任意位置、任意形状、任意起点和终点线型的加工程序,且有效避免空刀,确保加工效率。
The parametric programming with linear fitting approximation is adopted in FANUC 0I series CNC lathe to machine hyperbolic revolving surface parts.This paper edits the processing program through node calculation,parameter assignment,programming and simulation processing,which is suitable for the parallel axis of the hyperbola and the machine tool coordinate axis,including arbitrary position,shape,starting point and end line,such as to ensure the processing efficiency and avert empty knife.
