VEGF、ICAM-1、IL-13及IL-17在慢阻肺、支气管哮喘及慢阻肺合并哮喘患者中的表达及意义 被引量:31

摘要 目的探讨诱导痰细胞因子白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、IL-13、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在慢阻肺(COPD)、支气管哮喘及慢阻肺合并支气管哮喘患者中的表达及其意义。方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月在我院呼吸内科接受治疗的慢阻肺患者(A组)、支气管哮喘患者(B组)、慢阻肺合并支气管哮喘患者(C组)各60例,分别测定三组诱导痰细胞因子IL-17、IL-13、ICAM-1、VEGF水平并进行比较分析。结果 B组患者的FEV1%、FVC%、PEF%测定值均显著的高于A组、C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组和C组患者的FEV1%、FVC%、PEF%测定值差异不显著(P>0.05);B组患者痰诱导IL-13水平高于A组、C组(P<0.05);B组和C组的痰诱导IL-17、ICAM-1、VEGF水平高于A组(P<0.05);C组患者的痰诱导VEGF水平高于B组(P<0.05)。结论慢阻肺、支气管哮喘及慢阻肺合并支气管哮喘患者的诱导痰细胞因子IL-17、IL-13、ICAM-1、VEGF表达水平不同,对于临床诊治具有一定的价值。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cytokines IL-17,IL-13,ICAM-1,VEGF in COPD,bronchial asthma and COPD complicated with bronchial asthma. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,it selected 60 COPD patients as the group A,60 patients with bronchial asthma as the group B and 60 COPD patients complicated with bronchial asthma as the group C. Their induced sputum cytokines IL-17,IL-13,ICAM-1 and VEGF levels were analyzed respectively. Results The levels of FEV_1%,FVC% and PEF% were significantly higher in the group B than in the group A and C( P < 0. 05),and they had no significant difference between the group A and C( P > 0. 05). The level of induced sputum IL-13 was higher in the group B than in the group A and C( P < 0. 05). The levels of ICAM-1,IL-17 and induced sputum VEGF were higher in the group B and C than in the group A( P < 0. 05). Their sputum induced VEGF were higher in the group C than in the group B( P <0. 05). Conclusion The levels of induced sputum cytokines IL-17,IL-13,ICAM-1 and VEGF are different in the three different patients,which has certain value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
