摘要
通过茶皂素活性羟基的乙酰化反应得到了茶皂素乙酸酯,最佳工艺条件为:乙酸酐与茶皂素的量比为16∶1 mL/g;茶皂素与碘的摩尔比为1∶0.13;反应时间25 h。采用此工艺得到的茶皂素乙酸酯纯度可达98%。该工艺简单实用,反应条件温和,产物纯度高,为茶皂素进一步改性创造了良好条件。
The acetylation of hydroxyl groups of tea saponin acetate,the optimum conditions were:the mass ratio of acetic anhydride to tea saponin is 16∶1 mL/g;the molar ratio of tea saponin and iodine was 1∶0.13;the reaction time is 25 h.Using these process to obtain tea saponin acetation,the purity is up to 98%.The process is simple and practical,mild reaction conditions,high purity products,has created favorable conditions for the further modification of tea saponin.
