摘要
简述了水煤浆分散剂的分类及作用机理,详细分析和论述了国内外水煤浆复配分散剂的研究现状,并探讨了复配分散剂的发展动向。主要有阴离子型-阴离子型复配分散剂,其研究和应用较多,且价格便宜,但分散降粘效果一般;此外,阴离子-非离子分散剂可以起到显著的协同增效作用,在成浆过程中有较好的分散效果,但成本较高。因此,开发煤种适应性广、高效低成本复配分散剂是将来发展的方向。
The classification of coal water slurry(CWS) dispersant and its mechanism are briefly introduced,and the research status of CWS compound dispersant at home and abroad is analyzed and discussed in detail,and the development trend of compound dispersant is discussed.There are much research and application of anionic-anionic compound dispersant,and the price is cheap,but the ability in reducing viscosity is general.In addition,the anionic-nonionic dispersant can play a significant synergistic effect,it has a better dispersion effect,but the cost is higher.Therefore,the development of a wide range of adaptability,high efficiency and low cost compound dispersant is the future direction of development.
