摘要
本文以夏威夷州为研究对象,将废弃物处理技术改革作为线索,通过剖析废弃物计划对地方条件的敏感性,揭示环境政策与政治、经济、自然条件相统一的必要性,力图为我国固体废弃物管理提供借鉴。
This paper takes Hawaii as the object,the waste disposal technology reform as a clue,and it reveals the environmental policy and political,economic and natural conditions of the necessity of unity by analyzing the sensitivity of waste plans on local conditions,so as to provide reference for solid waste management in China.
