摘要
【目的/意义】为深入了解影响旅游信息服务的关键因素,以提升旅游信息服务水平。【方法/过程】本文对全国重点旅游城市南京市AAAAA景区夫子庙地区周末游客进行问卷调查,经由因子分析并结合相关研究成果,归纳出影响周末休闲旅游信息服务的三个主因素、11个子因素,运用DEMATEL方法对其中的关键影响因素进行识别。【结果/结论】服务属性是最关键的主因素,其中的方式多样性、内容可靠性等子因素中心度高,对旅游信息服务影响较大。
[Purpose/significance ]To know the key influence factors of tourism information service so as to promote the ser- vice level. [Method/process]Researchers collected data by questionnaire survey of Confucius Temple scenic spot, a nation- al AAAAA scenic spot in Nanjing, an outstanding tourist city of China, to build a foundation for exploration of key factors af- fecting tourism information service level. Using factor analysis and DEMATEL method, from a customer-information-ser- vice perspective, this article concluded 3 mainfaetors and 11 sub-factors,and identified the critical influencing factors to tourism information service. [Result/conclusion] The result indicates that service is the most important one among the three main factors while its sub-factors such as multiple choices of service and reliability of information contents have big impact on tourism information service.
