摘要
空气分级燃烧技术是燃煤锅炉进行低氮改造的主要技术方式,以某电厂1 000 MW等级锅炉低氮改造为例,分析空气分级低氮燃烧改造技术方案特点。通过性能试验分析研究改造后运行方式,优化调整锅炉运行参数,取得了非常好的改造效果。
Air staged combustion technology is the main means of low NOx transformation of coal-fired boiler. Taking the low NOx transformation of 1 000 MW boiler in a power plant as an example, this paper analyses the technical characteristics of air staged combustion technology. Through the performance test, analyse the operation mode and adjust the boiler operating parameters. The effect is very good.
