摘要
在构建终身教育体系和人才成长立交桥的时代背景下,国内有关学分银行的理论研究和实践探索蓬勃开展,方兴未艾。本研究对全国各地近年建立起来的28家学分银行进行了系统梳理和分析,按照其功能定位和主要特征划分为终身教育类、高等教育类、自学考试类、市民教育类、职业教育类等5大类型,并结合典型案例简要概述了其发展状况。在现状分析的基础上,指出了我国学分银行建设取得的成就和存在的问题,对于今后如何更好推进改革探索提出了建议。
Under the background of establishing lifelong education system and talents-growing overpass,the theoretical research and the practical exploration on credit bank have been flourishing.This study collects and analyzes 28 credit banks across the country,which can be divided into five types including lifelong education,higher education,self-taught examination,citizen education and vocational education according to their main functions and features.It also briefly overviews the status of their development with case study.Based on the analyzing its current situation,this study points out the achievements and the existing problems of credit bank construction in China and puts forward suggestions on how to encourage the reform and exploration in future.
