摘要 辣椒是高山蔬菜产区优化产业内部结构、实现提质增效的重要作物。近年来,随着高山蔬菜产业的不断发展,品种结构的大力调整,重庆中高山地区的辣椒栽培面积逐年增加,并初具规模,但其栽培技术水平却亟待提高。从重庆中高山辣椒品种选择、育苗技术、田间管理到病虫害防控等关键技术环节进行阐述,以期助推高山辣椒的标准化栽培技术。 Hot pepper is an important crop to optimize the internal structure of the industry and to achieve improvement in quality and efficiency in the mountainous vegetable producing areas. In recent years, with the continuous development of high-mountain vegetable industry and the adjustment of variety structure, the hot pepper cultivation area increased year by year and begun to take shape, but the level of cultivation technology should be improved urgently in the medium-and high-mountain areas. This paper deals with some key techniques such as hot pepper variety selection, seedling growth, field management and control of plant diseases and insect pests to promote standardized cultivation techniques of alpine hot peppers in the Chongqing mountainous areas.
