Design on mult-driving coal mine belt conveyor with variable frequency control

摘要 带式输送机作为煤矿生产运输的主要设备之一,其性能及可靠性直接影响着煤矿的生产效率。通过对带式输送机在生产运输中存在的问题进行研究,提供了一种基于PLC变频控制多点驱动的煤矿带式输送机设计思路,该带式输送机控制系统具备起停、过压保护,温度超限、堆煤、打滑、断带等保护及报警功能,提高了输送机的可靠性,同时解决了带式输送机功率不平衡的问题。 Belt conveyor was one of the main equipments in coal mine production and transportation, its performance and reliability directly affected efficiency of coal production. Through the study of existing problems in the production and transportation, a design of mult-driving coal mine belt conveyor with PLC variable frequency control was provided, which had control system wirh protection and alarm functions of start and stop, overvoltage protection,over temperature, coal pile,skid, broken belt and so on. The result showed that reliability and power imbalance of the conveyor belt were improved.
