左乙拉西坦辅助治疗对难治性癫痫部分性发作患者血清神经细胞因子、凋亡分子的影响 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨左乙拉西坦辅助治疗对难治性癫痫部分性发作患者血清神经细胞因子、凋亡分子的影响。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的难治性癫痫部分性发作患者92例,随机分为对照组(n=46)、观察组(n=46)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组接受常规治疗+左乙拉西坦辅助治疗,持续20周。对比两组患者的治疗前后血清中神经细胞因子、凋亡分子含量的差异。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清中神经损伤指标、神经保护指标、单胺类神经递质、凋亡分子含量差异无`统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清中神经损伤指标S-100β、GFAP、NSE、MBP的含量显著低于治疗前,神经保护指标BDNF、IGF-1的含量显著高于治疗前,单胺类神经递质DA、5-HT、NE的含量显著高于治疗前,凋亡分子Bcl-2、Fas、FasL的含量低于治疗前,且观察组患者上述指标含量变化大于对照患者(P<0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦辅助治疗可减轻难治性癫痫部分性发作患者的神经损伤,发挥积极的脑保护作用。 Objective:To study the influence of levetiracetam adjuvant therapy on serum nerve cell factors,Apoptosis factors in Refractory partial seizures patients.Methods:92cases of refractory partial seizures patients in our hospital during July 2012 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=46).Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,those in observation group were treated with routine treatment plus levetiracetam,both lasted for 20 weeks.Serum contents of cytokines and apoptosis molecules between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant difference between two groups in the indexes of nerve injury,nerve protection index,monoamine neurotransmitter and apoptosis molecule(P〉0.05).After treatment,serum contents of nerve injury indexes such as S-100β,GFAP,NSE,MBP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,neural protection indexes such as BDNF and IGF-1were significantly higher than those before treatment,monoamine neurotransmitters such as DA,5-HT,NE were significantly higher than those before treatment,apoptosis molecules such as Bcl-2,Fas,FasL were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the changes above in observation group were larger than those in control patients(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The adjunctive therapy of levetiracetam can reduce the nerve injury in patients with refractory epilepsy and play an active role in brain protection.
