摘要
以集束拉拔工艺生产的铁铬铝合金纤维为原料,经加捻、上浆、针织、水洗、辊压等工序,制备出铁铬铝合金纤维针织物,研究铁铬铝合金纤维针织物的厚度均匀性与透气均匀性,辊压后厚度对透气性的影响,以及拉伸性能。结果表明:铁铬铝合金纤维针织物具有良好的厚度均匀性及透气均匀性;透气度随辊压后厚度的减小而降低,但降低的趋势逐渐趋于缓和;纵横向断裂强力均超过500 N、断裂延伸率均大于35%。铁铬铝合金纤维针织物具有极好的柔软度,可用作异形结构燃烧器的火焰载体。
Using FeCrAl alloy fibers produced with the bundle-drawing technology as raw matelials, the FeCrAI alloy fibers knitted fabric was prepared by twisting, sizing, knitting, washing and rolling, etc. The uniformity of thickness and air penqleability, effect of the post-roll thickness on the air permeability, as well as the tensile property of the FeCrAl alloy fibers knitted fabric were studied. The results showed that ,the uniformity of thickness and air permeability of the FeCrAl alloy fibers knitted tabric was good. And the air permeability decreased with the decreasing of the post-~oll thickness, but the reduction rate of the air permeability tended to remit gradually. The breaking strength in vertical or horizontal direction was more than 500 N, and the breaking elongation was over 35% in vertical or horizontal direction. The FeCrAl alloy fliers knitted fabric had extremely good softness, whieh couht be used as flame vector of burner with special-shaped structure.
