摘要
对当前变速箱在线检测设备的需求和不足之处进行分析,并根据变速箱选换挡原理,设计一种以电、气为动力的自动选换挡检测机构及其电气控制系统。通过实验,可以研究选挡平稳性、换挡行程、二次冲击、换挡吸入感等选换挡性能。通过对试验数据的分析和计算,证明选换挡盖总成的选换挡性能都优于要求值,为选换挡盖总成的性能评价提供了实验方法和数据依据。
Based on the analysis of requirements and deficiencies of current online test equipment for gearbox and the principle of gear select and shift,an automatically gear select and shift testing mechanism powered by electricity,air and the electrical control system were designed. Through experiment,the properties such as stability,distance of run,second concussion,inhalation sensation could be researched. Through analyzing and calculating the experimental data,select and shift properties of gear shift are testified to excel the requirement. It provides experimental method and data to assess the select and shift properties.
