摘要
随着铁路技术的高速发展,为提高站内高速列车通过速度,大号码多级牵引提速道岔已广泛运用于各高速铁路线路和客运专线。结合现场故障处置经验,就如何充分利用微机监测,分析道岔的机械特性、时间特性、电流特性,并结合控制电路逻辑关系判断,进行提速道岔故障的快速有效处置,提出分析和解决方法,同时就隐蔽性高速道岔故障的查找,提出有效措施。
With the rapid development of the railway, high-speed switches of large size with multistage traction have been widely applied in high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line in order to improve the running speed of high-speed trains within station. Based on experiences in onthe-spot fault treatment, fault analysis and treatment methods that make full use of computer monitoring to analyze mechanical characteristics, temporal characteristics, and current characteristics of the switch are proposed in combined with logic judgment of control circuit so as to attain rapid and effective fault disposal of speed-raising switch. Meanwhile, effective measures have been presented for seeking hidden faults of high-speed switch.
