摘要
目的:以综合评价方法探索为视角,由区间灰数测度、向量双向投影和贴近度思路设计模型。方法:由区间灰数测度矩阵虚构理想对象,待评对象向正理想对象投影、负理想对象向待评对象投影;负理想对象与待评对象向负与正理想对象投影、负与正理想对象向待评对象与正理想对象投影,最后以贴近度排序、择优。结果:由卫生服务满意度评价案例验证可行性,信息利用充分、流程逻辑合理,结果一致且符合实际。结论:主观指标适于区间灰数测度、向量投影与贴近度计算适于群体对象比较、排序或择优,两种建模方案对于综合评价问题价将有方法论意义。
Abstract Objective To develop a hygiene model in view of comprehensive evaluation methods. Methods The ideal objects were constructed by section grey number measure matrix. Some projection was computed, such as evaluation object projected to- wards positive ideal object, negative ideal object towards evaluation object. And negative ideal object and evaluation object projec- ted towards negative and positive ideal object. Finally they were sorted by close degree. Results The model can fully utilize information, with logistical and reasonable process and unanimous and truthful results. Conclusion Subjective index can be used in sec- tion grey number measurement. Vector projection and close degree can be used in comparison, sorting or preference. These two kinds of modeling project were important for comprehensive evaluation.
