摘要
利用低频振动拉/压试验机,将激振频率、激振力作为主要影响参数,对45钢进行了低频振动作用下的压缩试验,主要对试验钢的强度变化进行了研究。结果表明:试验钢在拉伸过程中,添加低频振动后,与超声振动作用类似,也表现出金属振动塑性成形的"体积效应",即平均应力减小,屈服强度和抗拉强度均降低;随激振力增大,试验钢在拉伸中的平均载荷减小;随激振频率减小,试验钢拉伸时的平均载荷呈外凸曲线变化,在185 Hz时平均载荷达到最大值。
By using the low frequency vibration drawing tester and taking the vibration frequency and vibration force as main parameters, compression experiments of steel 45 under low frequency vibration were carried out. The change of strength for the experimental steel was researched. Results show that when the vibration is added in the vibration drawing, the volume effect appears clearly in the metal vibration forming process as in the ultrasonic vibration, namely the mean stress decreases, yield strength and tensile strength increase; with the vi- bration force increases, the mean loads of the steel samples during drawing decrease ; with the vibration frequency going down, the mean loads change with outwards curve, and 185 Hz is the maximum mean load of drawing specimen.
