摘要
从混凝土原材料选择、材料配比和混合料拌合三方面总结了桩基工程水下混凝土自身基本要求,并从水下混凝土主要施工工序如护筒埋设、泥浆制备、施工造孔、钢筋笼安装和水下混凝土浇筑等方面进行要点分析和质量管控研究;对施工中常见的质量问题如导管堵塞、导管进水和钢筋笼上浮等提出了处置方法。可为类似工程的现场施工提供参考。
The requirements of concrete features for underwater concreting in pile foundation are summarized from three aspects of raw material selection, material ratio, and mixing. The construction essentials and quality control on underwater concreting are analyzed based on the detailed construction processes including embedment of the steel casing, slurry preparation, drilling, reinforcement cage installation, and underwater concreting. Finally, some common quality problems such as catheter blockage, catheter penetration, and reinforcement cage floating etc. are concluded together with countermeasures. The conclusion and experience presented in this paper can provide reference for similar project.
