摘要 化学工业是国家工业发展的重要组成部分,对国家的经济发展具有重要推动作用。化工机械是化学工业生产的重要力量,是化工企业进行工业生产和企业发展的关键。化工企业在进行工业生产过程中离不开化工机械,其产量的提升以及技术的革新发展都以化工机械为基础。化工企业工人的日常工作都与化工机械有关,其日常工作的内容也都是依靠化工机械进行的。因此,化学工业生产的日常状况对工人的日常工作有着重要影响。由于化工机械存在着不安全性,常常会因为一些原因而产生一些事故,这些事故往往都会严重影响企业的生产,甚至危及到工人的身体健康和生命安全。对化工机械事故进行合理的分析,在一定程度上能够有效地保障生产的顺利进行以及工人的安全。通过对化工机械事故常见的种类进行阐述,着重分析应对化工机械事故的策略,以图为提升化工企业的安全生产提供借鉴意义。 The chemical industry is an important component of the national industrial development, and plays an important role in promoting the country' s economic development.Chemical machinery is an important force in the production of chemical industry.It is the key to the industrial production and the development of enterprises.Chemical enterprises in the process of industrial production can not be separated fxom chemical machinery, and its production promotion and technological innovation and development are based on chemical machinery.Chemical enterprise worker's daily work and chemical machinery its daily work to stay together morning and night, also depends on the chemical machinery.Therefore, the daily condition of the chemical industry has an important influence on the daily work of the workers.Because there is no safety of chemical machinery, often because of some causes of the accidents, these accidents often will seriously affect the production of enterprises, and even endanger the health and safety of workers.Reasonable analysis of chemical machinery accidents can effectively guarantee the smooth progress of production and the safety of workers to a certain extent. This paper expounds the common types of chemical machinery accidents, and emphatically analyzes the Countermeasures of chemical machinery accidents, in order to provide reference significance for promoting the safety production of chemical enterprises.
