摘要
提出一种基于知识元的新型科学计量范式,以应对当下以"数据密集型科学发现"为代表的知识发现模式变革和以专业用户实际应用为导向的精准化知识服务实践需求。通过背景由来、概念阐释、与相关学科的内涵辨析、案例分析、应用意义与前景等角度,对基于知识元的科学计量范式进行了详细探析。建立以文献中专业性知识元为计量对象、直接对文献所含隐性知识本身进行计量分析的新型科学计量范式,不仅能满足专业用户的情报需求,提高知识发现效率,实现高效的知识服务,对于丰富计量学学科体系、科技评价模式创新、推动科学共同体知识创新与创造也具有一定价值和意义。
In order to cope with the change of knowledge discovery model represented by "data-intensive scientific discovery" and the practical application of precision-oriented knowledge service based on the professional users, a new paradigm of scientometrics based on knowledge element is proposed in this paper. This new paradigm of scien- tometrics is analyzed in detail from the angles of background, the basic concept, the discrimination with the relevant disciplines, case analysis, the meanings and prospects of its application. In this new paradigm, the specialized knowledge elements are used as the object of quantitative analysis, which is really helpful to realize the direct meas- urement of the tacit knowledge contained in the literature. As a result, it is useful to meet the intelligence needs of professional users and improve the efficiency of the user's knowledge discovery and service. What's more, it also has a certain value and significance in enriching the metrology discipline, reforming the evaluation model of science and technology and promoting the knowledge innovation of the whole scientific community.
