摘要
建立教师教育临床实践标准,是规范和加强师范生教育实践的基础和前提。美国教育者培养认证委员会(CAEP)将"临床伙伴关系和实践标准"作为教师教育认证标准的重要内容,并构建起以教师教育机构与中小学校有效合作伙伴关系标准、高质量的临床实践指导教师标准、高质量的临床实践经验标准等三个子标准为主体的教师教育临床实践标准体系,形成美国教师教育临床实践质量保障的专业网络。新时期,教师教育机构和大中小学校加强师范生实践教育的同时,必须关注教师教育机构与中小学校合作关系的制度化、临床实践指导教师选聘和评价的标准化以及临床实践内容、形式和过程的规范化。
The setting-up of teacher education clinical practice accreditation is thebase and premise of strengthening educational practice of candidates. The Council for theAccreditation of Educator Preparation regards"the Accreditation of Clinical Partnershipsand Practice"as the most important content of CAEP Accreditation Standard. They alsobuild a accreditation system of teacher education clinical practice whose fundamental partsinclude three sub-standards which are the accreditation of effective partnerships of educa-tor preparation providers and P-12,the accreditation of high-quality clinical educators andthe accreditation of high-quality clinical experiences. The three sub-standards constitute abasic network of quality assurance of clinical practice. In the new period,in order tostrengthen the practical education of candidates,educator preparation provider and P-12 schools must pay much more attention to the institutionalization of the partnerships of edu-cator preparation providers and P-12,the standardization of the selection,appointment andevaluation of clinical educators,the normalization of the contents,forms and processes of clinical practice.
