摘要
分析大型PTA结晶器制造过程中封头和筒体成型、搅拌器法兰平面度控制的难点和重点,阐述封头拼焊时加设防变形工装控制成型尺寸的工艺措施,同时结合复合板材料表面隔离保护的特殊性,优化制造工艺,为此类设备的制造总结经验。
The key manufacturing process of head and cylinder shell forming and the agitator flange flatness control for ultra-large diameter PTA crystallizer were described, and also the method using anti-deformation tooling to control forming size during heads assembling and welding were used. Together with the speciality of cladding plate material surface segregation protection, the manufacturing process was optimized, and experiences for this kind of equipment were summed up.
